Previously approved EC bin collection recipients must reapply for the service annually for the next financial year. For the 2026-2027 EC period, Fleurieu Regional Waste Authority (FRWA) will administer EC renewals for the City of Victor Harbor (CoVH) and Alexandrina Council (AC). New applications still go directly to CoVH and AC. Kangaroo Island Council and District Council of Yankalilla administer both new and renewal applications directly to the Council.
NB: Alexandrina recipients of the Special Medical Needs category will now also need to apply annually to renew their EC bin service. Automatic renewal and mailout for this category will cease for 2026-2027.
Completing the form below is the preferred and fastest way to receive your next financial year stickers.
Please submit your renewal application to FRWA by 15 June to ensure your EC waste service continues into the new financial year. EC bins will only be collected with current stickers.
