Previously approved EC bin collection recipients must reapply for the service annually for the next financial year.
Completing the form below is the preferred and fastest way to receive your next financial year stickers. Please submit your renewal application to FRWA by 15 June to ensure your EC waste service continues into the new financial year. EC bins will only be collected with current stickers.
Kangaroo Island Council and District Council of Yankalilla administer both new and renewal applications directly with the Council (links/details below).
For the 2026-2027 EC period, Fleurieu Regional Waste Authority (FRWA) administers EC renewals for the City of Victor Harbor and Alexandrina Council.
New applications still go directly to Alexandrina and the City of Victor Harbor.
Alexandrina recipients of the Special Medical Needs category need to apply annually to renew their EC bin service. Automatic renewal and mailout for this category ceased for 2026-2027.
There have been changes to the Alexandrina Council Waste Collection Policy that affect EC bin provision and eligibility from 2nd October 2026.
