When your new house is nearing completion on the mainland you will need to purchase your bins from one of FRWA’s Waste and Recycling Depots. Each rateable property assessment, excluding vacant land, is entitled to the fortnightly collection of one set of kerbside bins:

Ratepayers and residents are responsible for the initial purchase, replacement and maintenance of kerbside bins. If your house is the first to be completed in the street, please call FRWA Customer Service on 8555 7405 to confirm your first collection date.
